Poor management, unorganized, and unprofessional. This place is not truthful when posting job duties. They have a HUGE turnover rate due to unprofessionalism and excessive micromanaging. They have no HR dept to reports issues to they have a billing specialist and manager responding to HR duties. They encourage no retaliation when reporting issue but this is FALSE they act like are supportive and once you report your issues they add a target to your back. Most toxic place I’ve ever worked at, management is not knowledgeable about anything you ask she always has to ask someone else.

Plenty of opportunity for growth and gain experience in the mental healthcare industry. Excellent team dynamic.

There is a lack of clear communication from upper management. Last minute trainings that are not hands on and several people have quit due to being expected to carry a very heavy caseload. Limited staff and low morale.
