      There is so much to learn here, I am so glad that I joined outscal, I got to learn so much and become a product developer. With the world shifting on AI I got to work on hand on ai agents

      AFK, you can literally say AFK for this or that and be away for your own work, just don't let it affect your work performance

      Good salary, dynamic and transparent, great team

      Cons

      6 days work week. You're expected to work at full speed like the building is on fire for as long as it need, and that can easily pass 8h/day.
