Pros
It’s virtual, you can somewhat choose your times.
Cons
Management was highly disorganized and communication was often poor. There was little to no formal training provided, and classes were frequently assigned at the last minute with little warning or preparation time.
When I started, I clearly communicated that I was unavailable on a specific day of the week and was told this would not be an issue. Despite this, I continued being scheduled during those times and had to repeatedly remind management before changes were made. Even after adjustments, the schedule remained difficult to manage.
Instructors were expected to prepare lessons outside of class time without compensation for preparation. Payment processes were inconsistent, and paychecks were frequently delayed, often requiring reminders and follow-up to receive payment.
Overall, the students were enjoyable to teach, but the lack of organization, scheduling issues, communication problems, and payroll inconsistencies made the experience frustrating.
