Working at Outset is a rewarding experience. I’ve felt supported, challenged, and inspired by both the team and the leadership. The culture encourages collaboration and creativity. It’s a startup environment so it's growing and the work encourages ideas and camaraderie. Outset’s mission is meaningful, and it shows up in everything we do — from our sales team meetings to our company offsites. You get to see the impact of your efforts through the students who are impacted in the summers and their education and experiences. If you’re looking for a place where you can grow, collaborate with talented people, and make a difference in the lives of a future generation of medical leaders, Outset is a fantastic place to be.

Like most startups, things move quickly and priorities can shift month to month. Being flexible is important, but I don't necessarily see that as a con. Just an observation.
