      Pros

      I have been an agent with them for 3 years. It use to be free but not it'sOnly $10 monthly. Definitely worth it as they have upgraded their system and now pay commissions more frequently. Lots of training and advice. You can work at your own pace sell as much or as little as want. Easy directions

      Cons

      I wish they were able to give us leads or send us customers somehow.

      Pros

      If you're an experienced agent, then OA provides the technology and resources you need to be successful. They make it easy to hit the ground running.

      Cons

      If you're a new agent, you may struggle because it can be overwhelming, but be sure to take advantage of the discussion boards and mentoring opportunities.

      Pros

      Lots of information for new travel agents. Very affordable and user-friendly. Around the clock customer service assistance. Great mentors available.

      Cons

      Initially, you may feel overwhelmed by the plethora of information that's available. Having different log-ins and passwords for all of the different resources.
