Pros

When there is work, pay is good. Flexible schedule. Ability to work from home in some cases.

Cons

When work is slow, pay is terrible. There is no consistency in work flow. There are no company paid benefits. You have to have a certain amount on insurance coverage on your vehicle that you have to pay for as well with no reimbursement. The managers do nothing when CenturyLink cuts the pay on the contracts. Pay is always decreasing.
