Poor leadership. 0 accountability from C Suite, they act like their mistakes dont happen and ridicule you for ones that were always unclear goals. Poor industry knowledge. Hire newbies to the industry to further their god complex. Can't control a room of real experts. Lie on contracts about their experience/licensing etc - be careful
