Coworkers are amazing and always willing to help each other. Sr. leadership genuinely cares about company employees. Benefits coverage is solid. Work from home environment is supported and they provide everything you need. Compensation is on par with roles.
Cons
There is a bit of a clique feel. If you are part of one of these, you get preferential treatment. Lacking in career coaching and new employee training.
