While I had it, the job was stable only because it was located at BP.
I was able to take up to 6 additional weeks of leave to travel/vacation, this was all out of pocket but I took advantage of it every year I was there.
Cons

Uncertain Healthcare, constantly changing HR packages, high turnover, no overtime, Mega High Deductible insurance, HSA package that doesn't always cover out of pocket fees, loss of 401K benefits due to company changing packages and not refreshing services and company match for upto 5 months. No one to ask for help, no one cares. God forbid you report a workplace conflict... As you are supposed to. You will be terminated along with the offending party (if they are Ovation).
There are NO advancement opportunities, they say there are but you cannot get a raise here. I have been a stellar employee asking for a raise for almost 4 years now.
