Not worth working in - Anonymous employee Ovente Employee Review

This company allows me to have creative freedom to work. I have a team supporting me and the President of the company is always involved. It’s nice to get constant recognition for my work. I really love how they respect and trust my decision making In the vision of the company.

I wish it was closer to home but it is worth the drive.

[A few] Friendly co-workers, the job is easy to get since they are desperate for extra hands.

I wish I could give this place a lower rating. --- No one knows what they want. There is little to no proper management. High expectations and no direction. No training whatsoever. You always run the risk of getting yelled at or talked down to. --- Aside from the last 2 weeks of my employment where everyone suddenly became nice to me, I was discriminated against, alienated, and belittled by the upper management. --- The pay isn't worth all the responsibilities that are thrown at you. You have to fight to get overtime. Nothing but stress and headaches. --- The only 5-star review for this company is written by a friend of the CEO to give it a higher rating.
