      Strong R&D, young team of professionals, very energetic and dynamic, with room for career growth. top management, including the CEO, is smart and flexible

      Cons

      small size company with no structure, no focus, no processes or quality management procedure. the worst part is international development, some of the partners are story tellers and time wasting only, simply taking advantage without any idea of the market or the business
