Pros

Hybrid was great and the flexible schedule was very helpful.

Cons

-The pay was really low, lower than average. You would get paid more working at Amazon or Walmart. -They will not pay for your education if you decide to pursue a degree while working there. Little to no recognition for going above and beyond makes morale low. -It’s extremely hard to get promoted, even if you meet the requirements for the next promotion level - I asked for a promotion multiple times, brought up the fact that I meet the requirements. I was told things like I have to be louder about it, or wait longer. They then changed the requirements on the next promotion level. (ie moved the goal post) - Your manager may or may not fight for you. - I had an account executive blame me b/c she was late to a client meeting. I showed proof that I reached out to the right channels. We had a meeting with my manager. Turns out the account executive was getting her hair done and it was a “perfect storm” but still my fault even after I showed that I reached out to the right channels. After the meeting my boss told me not to tell anyone what happened and that I was very professional. - There are too many managers, it’s kinda reminiscent of office space.
