Pros

The size of the company allows you to really get to know your colleagues as you will work closely with almost everyone. The sense of community as an Overabover is strong -- we take care of each other and truly look at one another as family (thought that description has gotten a bad rap in social media as of late, it's true). Management is open to hear concerns and help brainstorm solutions. The expectation is that hard work is expected but you are not in it alone and everyone celebrates when the job is well done. Hybrid flexibility is ideal and pto/company holidays are fair and generous.

Cons

Really no cons to report.

Pros

I have had the pleasure of working at Overabove for over 18 years, during which time I've had the opportunity to work on a diverse range of accounts including gaming, education and luxury real estate. This diversity has made my job incredibly interesting, ensuring there is never a dull moment. One of the highlights of my experience at Overabove has been the opportunity to collaborate with an amazing group of talented individuals who are not just colleagues but also friends. The supportive and friendly environment makes it feel like family, where both team members and clients tend to stay for a long time. This stability and sense of community has been instrumental in fostering strong relationships and building success.

Cons

The flex schedule can sometime make collaboration more challenging, and it sometimes feels like we lose out on personal connections. The job can be quite stressful and demanding, but there's satisfaction in overcoming these challenges
