      Pros

      Overclockers UK is growing! We have a brand new warehouse and office space to move to with new systems and processes being implemented. Improvements are being made for employees e.g. rates of pay, flexibility, hours of work, learning and development opportunities, etc. The best thing for me is the fun friendly environment where laughter is encouraged and I truly enjoy coming to work and helping to make a difference.

      Depending on if management like you, you can get away with doing nothing. Unbelievably hot during the summer months reaching nearly 40c no ac Infinite workload Quality was secondary to output

      -lack of impetus from management to get people to perform; lot of issue solving came from a few individuals
