      Pros

      Small team of smart people growing at a sustainable rate. Full remote work flexibility, and still a very good team spirit. It's nice to work for a product that Users really enjoy using.

      Cons

      Only possible to be a contractor from many countries.

      Very limited pros I can think of

      Cons

      DEI is often talked about but never actually implemented. Very big culture of micro-management. Not the right environment for anyone to thrive, especially not someone of color.
