Pros
Certain routes have guaranteed hours. Small bonus when training someone. New vehicles.
Cons
Incredibly poor management. Low pay. Long days. No accountability. Nepotism. Harassment. Very high turnover rate. Routes change often, so don't get comfortable with hours and job description. Appreciation shown to office staff with BBQs , drivers get the cold leftovers. Never hope for a raise, ever.
