Great Company - Director Overnight Expedite Employee Review

I have enjoyed getting to know everyone in the company. You can talk to anyone you need to. Have a HR question ? Email or call direct if needed. Do you have a maintenance issue? Talk to your manager and they are all over it. They are progressive in safety and looking for the best way to do things. They are open to ideas you may have and are not afraid to make changes to better deliver packages.

At times things can get over looked.

Certain routes have guaranteed hours. Small bonus when training someone. New vehicles.

Incredibly poor management. Low pay. Long days. No accountability. Nepotism. Harassment. Very high turnover rate. Routes change often, so don't get comfortable with hours and job description. Appreciation shown to office staff with BBQs , drivers get the cold leftovers. Never hope for a raise, ever.
