* On top of new technologies * Realistic expectations * Management works with you to figure out the best approach to take * Management listens to your opinions and ideas, and often incorporates them * Very positive and flexible atmosphere in the office, this is one of the elements I enjoyed the most * Learned a lot
Cons
* As with many startups, it is a very fast moving environment * The company is in the growing stages, which means that things change, I like it better when I have defined tasks for long term. * While there were not many emergencies, there are bugs in the system that have to be fixed, and I do not want to be assigned bugs, only new features.
