      Friendly colleague and despatcher except Boss

      Cons

      No career progression or upgrade opportunities. Required to work on alternate Saturdays No Off-in-lieu. Poor management and disorganized system. No D&D (only hungry ghost food provide) 1st floor Indoor area near restrooms is dirty and has a bad smell. Office has a 2-in-1 restroom shared by both genders, which may cause discomfort.

      Having cooperative and supportive colleagues.

      Cons

      Head decision change frequently. Change the decision at halfway of implementing the task (frequently) this drag the task improvement. You have no chance to provide a good idea, discuss or pointing out fault or wrong idea and you will not get an opportunity to show your ability. Head decide (only one person) for all sector of the company and just follow. No manager, no supervisor.
