      Pros

      Good work-life balance with "hybrid" work. Go into the office 4 days/week, work Fridays at home. Most people spend their whole career here which is rare. Pay and compensation packaging (401k match, employee stock program, HSA contributions) are higher than most companies in the area.

      Cons

      In office is now required.
