Not a climate controlled environment. Fiberglass in the air. Dirty environment. Outsourced HR and IT. Not very organized despite being a multi billion dollar company. Supposed to be 4, 10hrs, weekly shifts but most of the year its 5, 10hrs, shifts and sometimes 6, 10hrs, shifts due to poor management planning and not production itself.
