Perfect for the laid back, go with the flow employee that likes to have a good time. If you were in a frat in University this job is perfect for you. Beer, catered lunches and great benefits. If you're a people person and just like to have a good time talking about sports then honestly you'll really like it here.
Cons
If you enjoy a chaotic, changing and fast moving environment then this may not be a con but the organization and delegation in this company is non-existent. It's a never ending flow of random ideas thrown at a wall to see what sticks. There is zero planning, accountability or professionalism here. It's run more like a big hangout/party everyday and perhaps work may get done on occasion. Only one type of person can work here.
