Pros
Friendly leadership and you can "work from home".
Cons
A lot of last minute meetings and assignments are given to you. You are given assignments to complete in a short period of time. You are expected to work long hours, weekends and sometimes holidays to meet the deadlines provided. I was also told the work would be done remotely, but when I started I was told that sometimes it is in person, depending on the county you are assigned. They're still figuring a lot of things out so if you are okay with a start up culture, then this job may work.
