OxFirst provides very sophisticated insights into the challenging field of Intellectual Property from a very original, I would dare to say unique, Law and Economics perspective. As an economics-minded IP lawyer working as a contractor/subcontractor has been a privilege and a great learning experience. I have found their work into the economics of Intellectual Property complementary and of great help to my own academic work, which positively affected the obtaining of my PhD in Law & Economics at Erasmus Rotterdam University. OxFirst consultancy work is of high academic standard and at the same time it provides practical, useful and actionable advice to their clients. At OxFirst they are particularly strong in the field of IP valuation and damage calculation. I am a great supporter of the type of novel services that OxFirst provides to industries and I look forward to collaborating with them again in the future. I recommend OxFirst to companies seeking to quantify the value of their IP portfolio, streamline their strategy and monetisation practices. Because I consulted for them remotely, some things were a bit complicated sometimes. I suggest OxFirst to improve their technology and clarify the policies towards their Contractors/Subcontractors, favouring plain language communication.
