Interesting job, good pay, but unprofessional office - Contract Oxbridge Academic Programs Employee Review

I have to say the cons told by another review one year ago are extremely accurate. For two consecutive years I work at Oxbridge, every time there is some work of program ruined by office people from NYC office. Without them, the seasonal contractors are devoted, caring for students, understanding, and easy to work with. But the NYC office people keep making mistakes to make our work more difficult. They are young, and usually from prestige universities, but not detail-oriented enough to be responsible for their job.
