      Food and accomodation provided, good handover and resources.

      Cons

      Responsible for students on your corridor, so expected to be engaged even outside of 'work hours'. Still had plenty of time for myself though!

      Pros

      The programs themselves were always good fun, and we managed to attract really good teachers and support staff each year. If you only work for them during the summers, you’ll have fun.

      Cons

      Leadership was toxic and characterized by bullying, nepotism, and wild unpredictability. The executive director ran the main office like a tinpot dictator.
