All staff are so friendly, there is a great team dynamic where people really care about you; it feels less like you're a 'cog in the machine', and more like you are genuinely valued and respected for your input and contributions.

There aren't any really; I suppose for some elements of the job may be a little fast-paced.

Oxford Innovation is a great company to work for. They are very mindful of employee's mental health and wellbeing, are excellent communicators and have thought of everything in terms of policies and procedures to make management's life much easier.
