This is a good training lab if you have never been in one before. You will learn very quickly if this is something that you want to do as a career. Work loads can be heavy at times and there are slow periods as well. You are give the chance to learn and cross train if you take the initiative. It is all up to you how far you go within the company .

Management works very long hours handling late arriving samples, samples with short holding times, or preparing for the next days work.
