The company changed in my time there, lots of virtue signalling, nobody really cared or had a passion for people to do well in my opinion. No real structure, don’t care about the customers or their experience. Nobody understands the word empathy and I feel that trickles down into the customer experience. Everything is a tickbox exercise there, nobody cares until there is an injury or major incident. Breaks often missed, went many many shifts without a break.

Just had a pay rise and it’s better than min wage. Great benefits, wellbeing support, lovely managers, the best team mates and you get to keep fit while you work.

Some customers can be a bit aggy. But most are fine.
