Pros
Great location with various places to eat, coworkers are super friendly, benefits were good along with a pretty decent pay. Also, they have random socials probably every once a month or 2.
Cons
Mainly the deliverance of assets was a pain. When new TV shows were planning to air but were still in the production stage, the digital team had to rely on random instincts about what to show on the website despite asking for ideas or assets. We were told numerous times to just go ahead, but after launching the site, we were immediately told to change everything once again because it wasn't working with what was going on with production.
Communication in general was a bit unusual overall with all of the departments..I can't really put my finger on it. Within your actual team, communication wasn't so much an issue, but when you request for things from another department, it's like things go out one ear to another.
Also, there's not much to look forward to in terms of advancing in the field.
