Pros
OzarksGo is a good company to work for. All of the field operations guys get along great, they don’t mind helping one another. The hours are good, you are on call 24/7 since we are short staffed with 34k customers. The benefits are great, whenever something comes up you don’t have to worry about Dr. bills.
Cons
Well some of the downsides are that there is no structure. There is not really any room for growth or opportunity, most of the jobs that get posted are entry level positions, and their favorite saying is ”be patient”. Next is the management does not listen to anyone, if someone has an issue or an idea that could help workflow, or inform of a dangerous situation, it gets swept under the rug. The last con is that there has been times where a tech has gotten a gun pulled on them after hours. It might look like paradise from the outside, but it’s a little disappointing on the inside.
