Poor Management - Analyst Ozinga Employee Review

Some departments have more perks than others, depending on the manager. (Work from home, birthdays off, work seminars, swag, etc). Salary should be merit-based, not increased on a percentage that the company makes and then assigns each department. There are some employees that don’t even do their job, they socialize all day long.
