Flexible scheduling, tips usually pretty good, solid team, cheap whole-bean coffee (a pro if you're a coffee drinker!), sustainability at the forefront

Cons

More about clientele than anything, it's downtown Boulder so you never know who or what you're gonna have in your store

Wonderful staff Trained directly by the owner Easy to get time off

Only two shifts are available during the day a.m. and p.m. so the hours are not very flexible Advertised pay is higher than actual and a lot of it is dependent on tips
