This company doesn’t even deserve one star. I worked here as an intern, and despite having prior experience, they hire people only for specific projects and then let them go without any clear reason. There is absolutely no job security.Around 90% of the workforce consists of interns who work for more than four months without pay, and even when salaries are provided, they are often delayed by one or two months. You have to constantly follow up just to get what you’re owed.
The company also lacks professionalism. Hiring is mostly done through referrals, and candidates are not valued. Attending interviews here feels like a complete waste of time.The HR team is highly unprofessional and seems poorly trained. They lack basic knowledge of tools like Excel and MS Word, which raises serious concerns about their competence. Instead of supporting candidates, their actions can negatively impact careers.
Overall, the company needs to seriously improve its ethics, work culture, and professionalism. There also appears to be favoritism within the HR team, which further creates an unhealthy work environment.
