Pros
*Discounted rent *Make your own hours (kind of) *
Cons
*They can fire you and make you leave with only a 10 day notice *Horrible training *No clue as to what is expected *Management doesn't care When I was training, my hiring/training supervisor explained that working overtime was a no-no, even if it was needed. And their exact quote that made me almost do a spit take: "We just want to make sure that the owner Peter can bring in a little bit of money at the end of the month." Heavily religious and Republican. Peter Coeler is a millionare. He owns hundreds of properties, and cuts sweetheart deals for his landscaping buddies to do that awful brick around his non-rent controlled building. He can afford to lose rent in one unit in 16+ unit buildings so the Resident Managers can live there for free. I get woken up by tenants in the middle of the night; it's the least they could do.
