Pros
Flexible scheduling, can make upwards of $300 on a busy day. Have become friends with many of my coworkers.
Cons
Company is always cutting labor, leaving everyone overworked. Management is constantly changing and some managers have little to no restaurant experience. Employee turnover is very high. Generally very low standards throughout the restaurant.
