Cons
They will schedule you out of your availability on short notice around holidays or when short staffed. No clear communication between management and staff you will find out from coworkers that a new menu has rolled out, food items unavailable, standards and practices have been changed. Management and Corporate ONLY care about the bottom line. They will ask you to do extra duties not in your job code consistently and without additional compensation. This is especially the case when people call out, quit unexpectedly, or just don't show. They want you to be a team player when it benefits them but let your child get sick or a family member die and suddenly that's not a valid excuse to not be able to work.
