Pros

Having health insurance, but know how much that is benefit when they don't like you being out. Hours are great, paid holidays. There are raises, even if there consider a penny a raise. They do give Christmas bonuses, but of course they are not fair with that either. It is great place to be able to learn, even if it is self thought. Great please to learn how to negotiate sub-contractors. The most positive think that keep my sanity is my faith that their is a GOD, and that Karma will catch up with all these people.

Cons

They like hiring inexperience people. They really don't train you, you learn as you go if you get a team member that know something, and wants to show you. This place fosters managers/supervisors with attitudes , that enjoy the intimidation of the staff. They only promote people that they can manipulate, or they just over their friends and family. You are watched via cameras, and get called on the most ridiculous things, on real issues not is word is said, if felt like I was reality show because our every move was being recorded, after a while you feel like you are their entertainment, have been waiting for their filming to come on TV.

Pros

The pay is very good for what the position is, and the yearly raises are a very nice perk. Insurance is exceptional as well. Very generous PTO (can't use it much though) and Holiday schedule.

Cons

The office environment is very political and oftentimes you're thrown to the wolves without really having any idea of what you're doing. There is minimal support or training from management, and they'll often play the blame game when deadlines are missed because of circumstances outside your control. If you want to work here, make sure *all* of your communication is recorded in email. They also look down on you taking time off, even if its for medical check ups. You also gotta work one Saturday out of the month.
