      Pros

      Work environment is pretty relaxed as long as you are working and getting jobs out in a reasonable amount of time and not missed deadlines.

      Cons

      Shop is very hot all summer long. We predominantly weld on galvanized pipe and have very little in the way of fume extraction. School station has a box fan but most people are content just blowing the fumes out of their area and into the next guys.
