I have no cons for this company.

I have been working at P3I for about 4 years now, and in the last few years especially I have seen huge improvements in communication between Corporate/HR and us out in the field. The benefit offerings are also fantastic compared to other contractors. Also appreciate the employee referral bonus program.

Rates are often low, however usually dictated by the government customer.
