Too soon to rate any cons I was able to rate the pros because of my initial impression on my first encounter on my training

No pros should had paid attention to reviews from past unarmed non military or ex police force employees,

Charges for uniforms, not honest about benefits, steal employees time, only support clients, does not care about unarmed guards who are non military or ex police, company site locations are toxic environments guards are removed from locations company allows 3 party abuse, company should be reported to EEOC and any labor board. Allows clients work site to racially abuse security officers.
