Great people and projects, but disappointing rewards scheme - Senir Consultant PA Consulting Employee Review

Rubbish rewards scheme as of 2026. Lost out on almost £7k bonus due to change of bonus structure. Felt it hard as I worked hard for to secure bonus, and promotion. Only for it to be announced late 2025 that it's all changing as of 2026. So everyone worked hard and was disappointed. Got promotion and only a uplift of £3k!!! When previously it was at least 20% of salary uplift. Absolutely felt done over, shafted as HR didn't recognize I've been hit both on salary uplift and bonus.
