Outdated Systems/Management - Digital Organizer PA Democratic Party Employee Review

Completely outdated campaign strategies. Phonebanking by calling the same person 25 times in a week. Knocking on doors where people clearly did not want to be bothered. (Clearly we lost Pennsylvania). No respect to the local Democratic groups to collaborate on more innovative strategies. Very outdated and archaic leadership. Onboarding was extremely messy. They should of provided nearly 3 weeks of training to bring everyone to the same page, rather than rush everyone to learn everything in as little as 5 days.
