Pros
PACE is an amazing program and the center in Dearborn has a wonderful team that truly cares for the patients. The environment truly felt like family and you will see a multiplicity of personalities that make the job more manageable. You can WFH once a week and it used to be more WFH availability before. Pay is ok for an entry-level position, not long-term. I recommend working at PACE but not necessarily for more than 1.5 - 2 years. You will also understand what other professionals do and their value.
Cons
The company undergoes changes constantly, making the team unaware of what is actually going on most of the time. You can WFH once a week and it used to be more WFH availability before. The cons are that career growth is limited to impossible and that the meetings allow all professionals to discuss cases in which only certain disciplines should be making decisions and discussions. I recommend working at PACE but not necessarily for more than 1.5 - 2 years. Another con is that they only focus on company growth and financials at the corporate level, leaving the ground staff and patients short regarding the support and services they need. Constant overstepping as the team is unaware of what social workers do.
