Great mission driven non-profit - Administrator PACER Center Employee Review

The people do amazing work, the atmosphere is extremely creative and productive. They give you real tasks and you feel as if your work is important to their cause.

It is hard to hear how disadvantaged the disabled population is.

It's a great cause and a once-wonderful organization

Lack of respect from management; new executive director is very "corporate" and cares little about what those in the trenches know/think/hear from the families PACER helps. Salaries are (too) high at the top but those who work to help families struggle on the low salaries that subsidize management salaries and perks.
