Pros

Departmental supervisors, managers, and directors are reliable. They do their best to support employees when the company allows them to.

Cons

PACIFIC will take on clients who expect everything under the sun that are not willing to pay for the services. Employees and the ELT call some of the clients "pizza money" because that's how little they pay for services. The CEO doesn't care about this because he's obsessed with having top brand names in his wheelhouse, even if it means the company has to bleed money or employees. Meanwhile, departments are not given the resources needed to complete the best work possible, and the company's reasoning for not supporting employees is "we're a startup. we can't afford this." I'll confirm that the previous posts about the C-level employee are accurate. This person is known very well at PACIFIC for making employees (especially women) feel stupid in their area of expertise, harassing employees that try to speak their mind, among other things...I watched this person place glass ceilings over women in leadership positions time and time again. Women in the office are told by their managers to go home once it gets late on the nights that this person is still at the office so they're not left alone with him. I witnessed this same employee verbally harass both male and female employees repeatedly, by cursing them, belittling them, and threatening to fire them. As for my personal experiences with this C-level employee, they asked questions in my interview, including my age and relationship status. While this may not be outlined as a "don't" in the company's "Expected Behaviors," it is against the law. And the company's previous response, where it states "prior to this anonymous posting and going back several years, PACIFIC has received no complaints or reports of harassment or discrimination," is false. There was at least one sexual harassment incident that was reported directly to HR within the last few years.

Pros

One of the things I love most about working at PACIFIC is the flexibility and the genuine importance the company places on family, especially when unexpected emergencies arise. The leadership team fosters a supportive environment without micromanagement, allowing us to take ownership of our work and grow professionally. I also appreciate that our voices are heard—our opinions truly matter, and that makes a huge difference in feeling valued as an employee. It’s a great place to work if you’re looking for a company that trusts and respects its team.

Cons

As with any fast-growing company, processes are still evolving, which can sometimes lead to ambiguity in decision-making. However, leadership is receptive to feedback, and improvements are continuously being made.

If you're passionate about digital marketing and looking for a company that values its employees, this is the place to be. Supportive and Collaborative Culture: PACIFIC fosters a really positive and collaborative work environment. Everyone is willing to help each other out, and there's a real sense of teamwork. Management is approachable and genuinely cares about employee well-being. Opportunities for Growth: PACIFIC invests in its employees' professional development, offering opportunities for training, mentorship, and advancement. They encourage you to take on new challenges and are supportive of career growth. Interesting and Challenging Work: The work is never boring! PACIFIC works with a diverse range of clients, so you're constantly exposed to new industries and challenges. This keeps things fresh and exciting, and allows you to develop a wide range of skills. Work-Life Balance: While the work can be demanding at times (as it is in any agency environment), PACIFIC understands the importance of work-life balance. They are generally flexible with scheduling and promote a healthy work environment. [ flexible hours, remote work options, generous vacation time]. Strong Leadership: The leadership team at PACIFIC is truly exceptional. They are visionaries who are passionate about the company's success and genuinely care about their employees. Competitive Compensation and Benefits: PACIFIC offers competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package.

Cons

Fast-Paced Environment: As with any agency, the pace can be fast and things can change quickly. This can be challenging at times, but it also keeps things dynamic and exciting. It's important to be adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced work environment. This isn't really a "con" in my opinion, but it's something potential employees should be aware of.
