Pros

Good product, known as quality in the market

They just changed their commission plan. Went from making a percentage of everything you sell to now you dont make a single dollar until you are at your growth goal. Some reps are making 0 dollars in commissions.. Yes you read that right, ZERO! And when they rolled out the comp plan they separated their Sales Reps and told them not to discuss with one another so they could intimidate them. Then told the reps some months you will be eating hot dogs and ramen and some you will be eating steaks. You could even be over your overall growth target for the month, but if you didnt achieve it by growing in all three buckets, you will only make a small percentage of your commission. Items are always backordered so if you sell something that is backordered and miss your growth, you are out SOL. They are not on contracts, management sits around and reads every entry in the CRM and asks you about it. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time. They even told reps that just got hired a month before the comp change that they would be making a percentage of every dollar, got them onboarded and cut their commission.

The complaints you see regarding comp are outdated. Expect $50K as a base with about $180K at plan. Comp plan was revised to where you are paid at Dollar One. Territories are growing like crazy and we were recently added on contract at HPG along with being the only supplier on the No Pain Act. The work life balance is great as you aren't in the OR all day and Anesthesiologists tend to be more laid back and generous with their time. You pay a premium for our products because they are the BEST and we are constantly adding new products based on market demands and physician feedback. I came over from a large company and it has been refreshing to work for a family owned business that values quality over profits. Pajunk has great management and everyone is accessible - even the CEO, Marco. I would recommend reaching out to us (active sales team) before drawing conclusions. The most upset are usually the loudest and usually all they have to do to figure out why they failed is look in the mirror.
