Pros
The management team here is incredibly passionate about the future of healthcare and the overall patient experience. I've never worked with or for a group of people who were more determined to do the right things for their patients and their employees. To top it off, the benefits are great and the CEO of the organization is approachable and responsive.
Cons
The organization is growing rapidly (which is exciting), but also means that everyone on the team is accountable for contributing to solutions and following through on them. This is not the right organization for someone who wants to sit back and just enjoy the ride.
