      Professional Management. Excellent Leadership that is people centred and recognizes its human resource as one of its key resources. Team Spirit. Great Team that compliments each other Job satisfaction. It felt great to be part of a team that was saving wildlife in Tanzania

      It was a small NGO that needs more funds to continue the great work.
