Quarterly bonuses is a wow factor here which depends of course on your performance with good CP. Upskill and career progression but depend on the area.
Cons
Pay is rather on the lower side. Horrible Work life balance. Never ending paper work and not sure if they still instil it, in 2019, the practice of CP viewing the cctv to comment on teachers behaviour and document it for our year end appraisal.(reason why most colleagues left)
